Acquisition Financing
We provide acquisition financing across senior, stretched or mezzanine facilities on both bridging and longer-term scenarios
typically from £1-£5m but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis. We can consider all major real estate asset-classes.
Development Financing
We provide development financing – either in isolation or in conjunction with acquisition financing – across senior, stretched or mezzanine facilities on both bridging and longer-term scenarios typically from £1-£5m but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis. We can consider all major real estate asset-classes.
Equity Release / Exit Financing
For real estate borrowers with equity value in either near completed development sites or permanent real estate asset holdings, we equity release and exit bridging facilities that allow value to be released to facilitate liquidity or refinancings. We can consider all major real estate asset-classes and focus on transactions requiring £1-£5m of capital but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis.
Special Situations
We work with borrowers on a solution orientated basis to solve for a variety of special situations including recapitalisations, time-crunched transactions, opportunistic acquisitions and other scenarios which are underserved by traditional capital markets. We focus on transactions requiring £10-30m of capital but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis.
Platform Funding
Zenzic invests alongside local operating partners on a multiple asset or platform basis, where there is opportunity to execute on a compelling real estate strategy and the potential to create additional portfolio value. Our focus is on alternative property types such as senior living, student accommodation, data centres, healthcare and leisure. Our approach is value-driven and covers a myriad of scenarios including planning plays (including strategic land), development situations (pre-let and speculative), lease up and re-leasing strategies, individual asset repositioning and portfolio aggregation and break ups. We focus on transactions requiring £10-£30m of capital but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis.
