A real estate credit firm focusing on opportunistic transactions across Europe

Zenzic offers flexible funding solutions from £1m up to £50m across the UK and throughout Western Europe. In all cases, we seek to be the partner of choice for real estate developers and work with them in maximising the value of their assets and driving future growth.

Zenzic offers investors two distinct but complementary investment strategies:

Development Finance

A diversified funding strategy focusing on acquisition, development and equity release / exit financing. We are able to provide finance across senior, whole loan and mezzanine facilities on both short and longer-term scenarios.

For real estate borrowers with equity value in either near completed development sites or permanent real estate asset holdings, we can provide liquidity financings on a flexible basis.

Our focus is on alternative property types such as senior living, student accommodation, data centres, healthcare and leisure with opportunities requiring £1m – £30m but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis.

Opportunistic Credit

A value driven investment strategy that provides capital in scenarios where market inefficiencies and/or transactional idiosyncrasies create liquidity demands that can drive enhanced risk adjusted returns.

We work with real estate borrowers on a solution orientated basis providing capital for recapitalisations and refinancings, time-crunched transactions, acquisition led growth strategies as well distressed and stressed scenarios.

We consider all real estate sectors across Western Europe. Our focus is on transactions requiring £10m – £50m of capital but with the ability to provide larger facilities on a selective basis.
