We recently marked a significant milestone with the Topping Out ceremony for Burley Studios, a 183-bed student accommodation project in Leeds. This development is part of our joint venture with the Torsion Group. Designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and on track for Fitwell 3-star certification, the project prioritizes spaces that foster both the physical and mental wellbeing of residents.
