Korean Investors Lose Control of Dublin Office Leased to Meta

Demand for office space continues to suffer with values falling 11% in Dublin since last year. The appointment of creditors in this instance comes after owner KB Securities failed to clinch a sale earlier this year, with bids apparently in the €40m-€45m region, despite an asking price of approximately €80m. 

KB acquired the building for about $140m in 2018 from Comer Group.
