The past few weeks have seen the team complete the following diverse transactions:
🟠A traditional senior debt financing for an experienced offshore based developer to build nine family homes in East Ayton, North Yorkshire. Loan to GDV at 72%.
🟠A refinancing of existing loans and equity release against a portfolio of investment properties, together with a development facility providing 100% of the construction costs in respect of three new executive houses in a strong East Midlands village location close to Nottingham. Experienced developer with an excellent track record.
🟠A mezzanine/subordinated loan, alongside material senior debt, to finance the construction of a 306 unit development in Leeds City Centre, with a GDV of £81m. The innovative funding structure allowed for sales deposits to be used in the construction.
These recent transactions demonstrate the breadth of funding that we can provide across all elements of the capital structure. We believe this capability is rare in the market and is not normally available from a single funder.
