Zenzic Capital announces senior development facility

Zenzic Capital is very happy to announce the completion of a £3.2m senior development facility to an experienced developer, Cooper and Cole Ltd, for a ground-up residential development in Hythe.

Completion took place on the 30th March 2023. The scheme will provide 4 apartments and 2 houses which will deliver a GDV of £4.7m.
